    If you feel you need to be home to met your clean team it's your choice. If you choose not to be home you can give us a key.

  • How many people will clean my home?
    We find the most efficient way of cleaning your house is with 2-4 people, 1 of whom is a team supervisor. Each employee is given a specific task while in your home.

  • Will I always have the same team?
    Every effort is made to have the same team clean your home. Occasionally, there may be a change in a team member due to illness or vacation. It is the teams supervisor's job to learn your home and to teach the team members to deliver the same quality and consistency each and every time we come to clean your home.

  • Are teams trained and supervised?
    All of our team members are trained before they're permitted to clean your home. Each team has a supervisor who is in charge of making sure nothing is missed and that any special requests we receive from our customers is taken care of.

  • Do I need to provide my own cleaning products or vacuum?
    Aspect Cleaning Services asks that each client provide their own cleaning supplies, including chemicals & tools. The reason for this is that everyone has their own preferences, some have allergies, some want environmentally friendly solutions... for the best service, and to prevent bringing any outside substances into your house. If you need advice on what tools and supplies you might need, we will be happy to assist you.

  • What is the cost of my cleaning?
    Your fee is based on the size and condition of your home and how much time is spent on your home. Please contact us to get a free cleaning estimate for your home.

  • How do I pay for your services?
    Payment is due at time of service. You may pay by cash, personal check, or credit card. If you are not home during your initial cleaning we will ask you for the full estimated amount. On your regular scheduled cleanings we ask that you leave payment on your kitchen counter. If you pay by credit card we will handle the process from our office.
